Thoughts:
As the world’s economy begins to scratch what we hope to be the bottom of this painful decline, many of us are looking forward to the other side of this valley, and patiently waiting to begin the uphill climb. During these times, we are required to look inside our organizations, and take action in scrutinizing the management, organization, and operational processes we currently use. If not because of opportunity, then at least by necessity. The necessity that will enable us to survive in the near term as well as plan and prepare for the future. The valley has been deep, but we will move out of it and we will recover.
Are you facing declining orders, excess production capacity, highly qualified headcount, and the cash flow problem?
From my experience managing in international industries, I have seen these types of situations in the past, and I have lead the efforts to identify and implement the best known solutions to handling such challenges.
In spite of the severe condition, the world is not standing still, maybe just taking a little break, and sure enough, it will see growth and opportunity very soon. Let us help you get through these tuff times and prepare for recovery with the right mix or people, processes and products.
Thinking positive,
Gil
